We are adding to our team of 50 volunteers and the recruitment is now open. Process is a short informal interview for us to find out about each other, one full days induction training then shadowing our amazing support workers till you are confident to fly solo. We will introduce you to one of our service users and you will continue to meet them for one hour a week for as long as you can manage. Minimum 6 months. Ongoing support and supervision provided as well as access to all organisational training and group reflective practice to keep you working within our professional boundaries.
