If you have customers who aren’t getting help when they need it, there is something you can do.

CARDS have created a practical and informative training programme designed to support license holders and staff, with particular focus on delivering the Licensing objective, to Protect and Improve Public Health.

Delivered on a complimentary basis, we understand the work that the licensed trade does to create a safe environment for staff and customers. We want to help you take that work further by offering the first step into Rowan Alba’s training.

This short introductory session will help you see how Rowan Alba’s service fits in with and compliments your work. Rowan Alba’s approach to training is human-centred and collaborative. We want to learn from your skills and knowledge, as well as share ours with you.
