Rowan Learning Centre has spent the last couple of years developing a practice based piece of training to support frontline staff at every level to feel confident using their own skills to deliver Trauma Informed care.

Developed in line with Scotland’s National Trauma Training Framework, and in collaboration with Victim Support Scotland staff and volunteers, and trauma survivors, this training models the practice it teaches, so attendees learn in a safe, asset based environment.
